Your personal coach will take charge of your schedule, ensuring you progress at the right pace and level. They will understand your unique needs and provide the motivation necessary to achieve your goals. Your coach will customize your training program, pushing you to work harder than you thought possible while ensuring you stay within your limits. When you hit a wall, they’ll be there to offer the encouragement you need to keep going.

For those seeking extra support, additional one-on-one personal training sessions are available. These sessions can address specific areas such as stretching, mobility, muscle growth, posture correction, and motivation. With personalized guidance and expert advice, you’ll be equipped to tackle any challenge and reach your fitness aspirations.

OUR COACHING

STEP 1: ARRIVAL

Our exclusive program offers more than just workouts—it provides a structured Live-in experience. As you focus on your health and wellness goals, our premium housing accommodations envelop you in a focused environment, allowing you to stay focused on your goals, free from distraction.

THE SCHEDULE

STEP 2: TESTING & ANALYSIS

We provide full-range, state-of-the-art physiological testing to determine where you are physically when you start your program. We then take the results and implement a nutrition and workout program tailored to scientifically ensure your success. Testing you’ll undergo includes RMR testing, VO2 Max, Hydrostatic Body Fat Testing, Real Age Technology, 3d Fit Technology, and Posture Analysis.

STEP 3: CUSTOM MEAL PLAN

At Fitness Retreat, we don’t offer a cookie-cutter program or promote the latest fad diet. Instead, we ensure that you reach your goals by customizing your meal plan based on your test results. First, we determine how many grams of protein, carbohydrates, and fat should be in each of your meals. Then our Chef weighs out the exact micronutrients and calories your body needs to maximize and guarantee your success.
