Welcome to Fitness Retreat. By using our website, booking a retreat, or participating in our services, you agree to the following Terms of Service.
1. General Conditions
You must be at least 18 years old to participate in our retreats. We reserve the right to refuse service to anyone at any time.
2. SMS and Mobile Messaging
By opting in to receive SMS/text messages from Fitness Retreat LLC and Fit Culture LLC, you agree to the following:
Purpose: You may receive text messages regarding retreat bookings, itineraries, customer support, and occasional promotional offers.
Opt-Out: You can cancel the SMS service at any time. Just text “STOP” to our number. After you send the SMS message “STOP” to us, we will send you an SMS message to confirm that you have been unsubscribed. After this, you will no longer receive SMS messages from us. If you want to join again, just sign up as you did the first time.
Help: If you are experiencing issues with the messaging program you can reply with the keyword HELP for more assistance, or you can get help directly at hello@fitnessretreat.com.
Interruption: Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.
Cost: As always, message and data rates may apply for any messages sent to you from us and to us from you. Message frequency varies. If you have any questions about your text plan or data plan, it is best to contact your wireless provider.
3. Retreat Services & Health Safety
Retreat bookings are subject to availability. Guests are required to complete health assessments and consent forms prior to participation. Participation in physical activities is voluntary, and you assume responsibility for your own health and safety.
4. Pricing & Payments
All prices are listed in U.S. dollars. Payments must be received in full before participation unless otherwise arranged. We reserve the right to adjust pricing at any time.
5. Cancellations & Refunds
Retreat bookings are subject to the Fitness Retreat Cancellation Policy provided at the time of booking. For physical products (supplements/apparel), please review our Return Policy. Digital programs are non-refundable once accessed.
6. Limitation of Liability
Fitness Retreat LLC, its parent entity Fit Culture LLC, and their staff are not liable for any injury, loss, or damages arising from participation in our programs or use of this website. Our liability is limited to the amount you paid for the service or product.
7. Intellectual Property
All content on this website is the property of Fitness Retreat LLC and may not be reproduced without written permission.
8. Governing Law
These Terms shall be governed by the laws of the State of Arizona. Any disputes shall be subject to the jurisdiction of the courts located in Arizona.
