  • 1 cup sliced fresh strawberries

Instructions:

  1. Mixing the Batter:
    In a large bowl, whisk together the pancake mix, protein powder, water, eggs, and vanilla until just combined. Gently fold in the ricotta and blueberries, being careful not to over-mix to keep the pancakes tender.
