While eating Cheesecake
Protein Lemon CheeseCake
Mix using a beater or use gloves and squeeze mix together
Makes 30 mini Cheesecakes-I like to use muffin trays
Add
14 scoops of Protein Powder
12 packs of cream cheese greek yogurt low fat cream cheese mix
Lemon zest
Lemon extract half small bottle
Lemon juice ¼ cup or 5 freshly squeezed lemon
¼ cup brown sugar
¼ cup stevia
Measure mix in ⅓ cup and add to 30 small packages
Crust-graham cracker or one crushed and pulverized oreo Put one tablespoon at bottom of a cupcake or small plastic cup spray the bottom add one tablespoon of crumbs then add one tablespoon on top to create lemon pie
2 tbsp graham cracker
makes 30 cheesecakes freeze them share them.
