Carson is a 52-year-old lawyer from Portland Maine
She has always struggled with her weight. She has always had a voice in her head telling her she wasn’t good enough, skinny enough. This pushed her to keep active even while dealing with her weight struggles. She has completed marathons and was an avid Zumba dancer. Until 2016 she had an accident that pretty much sidelined her movements. Then with covid, the isolation grew along with her weight
She knew she needed to make a change and found Live In Fitness. She wanted a place where she could get out of her comfort zone and focus on her health and fitness.
When asked what helped lead to such a successful week she replied “ I was willing to do whatever they told me I knew I only had a short amount of time to make a change”
Now I feel great about myself. It’s inspiring to keep up with the program. It Definitely works. My goals are now obtainable because I’ve been shown what I need to do to achieve success
